The Railway Board has taken a big decision in view of Corona virus infection. The Railway Board said that the tickets booked from July 1 to August 12 will be canceled. Until August 12, only special trains will run. Railways has issued a notification in this regard.
Railways has said that all special Rajdhani, Mail and Express trains which have started operations from May 12 and June 1 will continue to operate. Earlier in a notification on 15 May, the railways had canceled all trains scheduled for travel by 30 June 2020 and decided to refund the tickets. On Tuesday, the railway announced the cancellation of all tickets booked for regular trains on or before April 14, saying that it would soon initiate refunds for those tickets.
