‘Congress Kitchen’ Started in Delhi

The Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) inaugurated the ‘Congress’s kitchen’ at the DPCC office, DDU Marg, to provide nutritious food to the poor during the lockdown. On Thursday, DPCC President Chaudhary Anil Kumar said that some prominent political parties have offices in the Rouse Avenue area, but no party has even tried to provide nutritious food to the poor people of the region. There are also some JJ clusters here.

He said that the Delhi Congress has opened a kitchen at Rajiv Bhavan to provide nutritious food to thousands of poor and needy people of this region. Apart from this, the DPCC is also distributing essential ration like grains, pulses to the poor while promoting social distancing in many areas. DPCC Vice President Mudit Aggarwal was also present on the occasion.

Anil Kumar said that 106 ‘Congress ki Rasai’ will be made in entire Delhi to provide nutritious food to the poor of Delhi. Since the start of the lockdown, the Congress has been serving food to more than 50,000 people daily.
