5 Died After Bus Overturns on Lucknow-Agra Highway

A bus going to Delhi from Madhubani in Bihar collided with a car near Saurikh in Kannauj (Uttar Pradesh). Five people died while more than two dozen passengers were injured in the accident. The injured have been sent to hospitals in Saurich and Saifai. The accident took place on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway on Sunday morning.

It is being told that a large number of workers and expatriates have been returning to their work since the lockdown. In this episode, a sleeper bus from Madhubani in Bihar was going to Delhi with many people. While passing through expressway, the bus collided with a luxury car parked in front of Saurich. Due to the speed of the bus, the collision also intensified and both the vehicles overturned and fell down the expressway.

After the accident, there was a scream in the bus riders. A large number of people from the neighborhood also reached after hearing the sound of the accident. The police of Sau station and the patrolling team of Expressway also reached the spot. People trapped in the bus were taken out with the help of people. It has been revealed that five people have died in the accident. Two dozen injured people have been sent to hospitals in nearby Saurich and Saifai in Etawah with the help of ambulances.

It is being told that there was already a car standing near Saurikh on the expressway. In the morning, the people in the car got down for the restroom and stood on the shore. Meanwhile, the bus from behind could not control its speed and crashed directly into the car. After that, both the vehicles overturned and fell down, breaking the railing of the expressway. Both vehicles were damaged.
