World renowned astrologer Bejan Daruwala dies from coronavirus

Mr. Bejan Daruwala, a famous astrology columnist died at the age of 89 in Ahmedabad. As per reports Mr Daruwala was suffering from COVID-19. However, his son told news agency PTI that he was suffering from pneumonia.

Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay  Rupani tweeted condolence message on Friday.

Union Minister Smriti Irani also paid her tribute to the world renowned astrologer. “My deepest condolences on the passing away of Bejan Daruwala to his friends, family and followers. Exuberant with a fantastic sense of humour Bejan Uncle brought joy to all who had the honour of knowing him. May his soul rest in peace. Om Shanti!”, she tweeted.

Mr Daruwala was associated with several newspapers, magazines and news channels in his long career. His daily astrology columns for different zodiacs were quite popular with readers.
